Tony Wines
Tony founded Turnkey in 2006, a company with a leading role in supply chain optimization through the incorporation of technology, process, E-Commerce and environmental best practices. Tony has over 20 years experience in the field. Before setting up Turnkey Group he was Managing Director, Asia Pacific, of the world’s largest Shipping E-Commerce and IT portal, Inttra. Through this process, Tony has worked with the world’s largest 3PL’s and shipping lines. He held senior management roles in the supply chain industry including Managing Director of Asia with DFDS/DSV.
Oliver Love
Oliver has worked in training and development for over 15 years and excels in helping clients through identifying and overcoming barriers to effective performance. Having relocated to Asia in 2000, he has vast experience working in multi-cultural environments and helping organizations realize both individual and organizational potential.
Femke Boersma
Femke is an experienced project manager in both the public and private sector. With a bachelor degree in Information Science she has completed multiple business optimization and IT projects. Working on Environmental regulation in the EU gives her solid understanding of environmental policies and its effect on business. Femke is a Dutch national and lived and worked in Japan, Belgium and the United States before moving to Hong Kong in 2010. Femke received a Master Degree in Political Science from the Graduate School of Social Sciences in Amsterdam and is a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.
Jerry Baldwin Ma
Jerry acquired his Master Degree in Environmental and Public Health Management at Hong Kong Baptist University. He has gained both academic and practical skills with an interdisciplinary approach in environmental management. Four years of solid experience in the logistics and trading industry and the coordination of a customized computer program for everyday trading sharpened his caliber in project coordination. Having resided in Canada, Spain and Hong Kong for work and study, he is able to provide professional services with an international holistic view in conjunction with environmental objectives.

Our partner, IBC Online Services Limited in Hong Kong is a reputable Saas provider of software services and solution to companies in Hong Kong, Macau and China. IBC added Turnkey Solutions to its existing Saas product suite, which also includes ForestSafe, a password provisioning and remote access solution and NovaBackup, a back-up software. By adding Environment Management Solutions to its current service offerings, IBC will be able to provide practical and objective advice for its customers’ sustainability needs.

Nigel is an innovator and a mentor for various organizations such as Amida Recruitment (Recruitment firm dedicated to global sustainable development), The Hub Singapore (Co-working space for start-ups building solutions for a better world) and GreenPost (Free online consumer bill management site) with focus on the Asia market and based in Singapore. With a long-term goal mindset and experiences in various green technologies’ consultancies, Nigel is able to give pragmatic solutions and offer advices on Sustainability Strategy. Nigel holds a MBA degree from the Melbourne Business School specializing in Marketing and Sustainability.

Ian has more than years 28 years unbroken experience within the IT industry, with the last 15 years working exclusively with supply chain and logistics solution providers. Ian has engaged closely with the majority of the top global LSP’s and Ocean Carriers, which has provided him with a wide experience of the issues faced by logistics centric organisations. Working for the past 10 years as a Senior Director within INTTRA, the world’s largest Shipping eCommerce portal, has provided Ian with significant knowledge of B2B and eCommerce solutions that bring substantive value to logistics organizations. Ian is Director, Europe at the Turnkey Group office in London.

Catherine Soe Soe Aung
Catherine heads up the development of Environmental solutions within Canada and the United States for Turnkey Group.
Catherine holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Singapore. As a dedicated and knowledgeable professional with a wealth of Environmental and Health and Safety experience, Catherine is equipped with industrial experience that has allowed her to support key projects across numerous established organizations globally. She has conducted a wide range of Biodiversity and Ecosystem projects, Environmental Site Assessments, Sustainable Development , Environment Baseline Study and Impact Assessment, Rehabilitation and Remediation Projects as part of her considerable experience.
